5. Technical data processed by our hosting provider

When you submit an application, the data you provide (name, contact details, CV, and the information in your message) is sent by email to our recruitment inbox via our email delivery provider. This is a separate processing activity from cookies. The lawful basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Application data is retained only for as long as needed to assess your candidacy and, where applicable, the legally required minimum afterwards.

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis;
- Data portability;
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Managing cookies in your browser
